** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Rural Mutual Insurance Company moves to intervene for the purpose of determining whether it has a duty to defend and indemnify defendant Zawistowski Revocable Trust. Dkt. #11 . No party opposes the motion, and the court concludes that Rural Mutual is entitled to intervene as of right under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(a)(2), so the motion to intervene is GRANTED. Consistent with this court's general practice, the court will not bifurcate or stay the case to decide coverage issues first. See, e.g., Olejnik v. England, No. 14-cv-88-jdp, 2014 WL 12725827, at *1 (W.D. Wis. Aug. 8, 2014). But nothing prevents Rural Mutual from moving for summary judgment on its duty to defend as soon as it has the information it needs. Signed by District Judge James D. Peterson on 4/26/2024. (voc)
