Filing 33 MEMORANDUM OPINION - Mr. Martin failed to present sufficient evidence to establish a prima facie case of reverse racial discrimination against Lawson State and Lieutenant Tate. He has also failed to create a convincing mosaic of circumstantial eviden ce that creates a triable issue concerning the Defendants' discriminatory intent. Therefore, the court will GRANT the Defendant's motion for summary judgment. The court will enter a separate Order consistent with this Memorandum Opinion. Signed by Chief Judge Karon O Bowdre on 7/27/2018. (KEK) |
