Filing 15 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING IN PART AND DENYING IN PART 5 MOTION to Dismiss. With regard to Plaintiff's claims under the FCRA and RESPA, the motion is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's claims under the FCRA and RESPA are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. With regard to her FDCPA and negligence claims, Plaintiff SHALL amend her complaint by June 21, 2018, keeping in mind the pleading standard required by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
