January 8, 2014	Filing 25 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER For the reasons stated within, Lisk's express warranty claim is due to be DISMISSED because it is insufficiently pleaded, and his ADTPA class claim is DISMISSED because the ADTPA, by its own terms, does not allow ind ividuals to mount class actions for its violation. Furthermore, the court ORDERS Lisk to show cause by January 30, 2014 that his claim meets 28 U.S.C. § 1332s minimum amount in controversy, or it will be dismissed without prejudice for want of jurisdiction.
