Tha t, on or before September 9, 2011, Defendant Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company may file a motion for attorneys fees incurred in responding to Plaintiffs' motion to dismiss. Goodyear's motion for attorneys fees shall be governed by LRCiv 54.2. That, on or before September 9, 2011, Defendant Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company may file a bill of costs claiming the $350 removal fee, and any taxable costs specifically incurred in responding to Plaintiffs' motion to dismiss.
