ORDER that Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment against Defendant Lizeth Gomez (Doc. 15 ) is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall enter judgment permanently enjoining Lizeth Gomez, her attorneys, and her agents from initiating any proceedings against Plaintiff in connection with the basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment benefits at issue in this interpleader action.
