ASSET FREEZE ORDER: Application for an Asset Freeze Order 88 is granted. The Trustee in the underlying Bankruptcy proceeding before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, No. 2:14-bk-02682-GBN, shall deposit all monies, as sets, and accrued interest related to this bankruptcy matter now under her control and transfer such funds into this Court's registry account pursuant to LRCiv 67.1. Pending trial in this matter, except as otherwise ordered by this Court, an im mediate freeze shall be placed on all monies and assets in all accounts at any bank, financial institution or brokerage firm, or Internet or "e-commerce" payment processor, all certificates of deposit, and other funds or assets, held in the name of, for the benefit of, or over which account authority is held by Janus Spectrum, David Alcorn and/or David Alcorn Professional Corporation. The Clerk of Court shall forward a copy of this Order to the Chambers of United States Bankruptcy Judg es for the District of Arizona, Hon. George B. Nielsen and Hon. Daniel P. Collins, Chief Judge. This Court shall retain jurisdiction over this action for the purpose of implementing and carrying out the terms of all orders entere. See order for additional details.
