March 22, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 36 ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that District must provide Student with a total of 200 hours of Special Education Services and twelve hours of Occupational Therapy as compensatory education. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, unless both parties otherwise agree, by no later than May 2, 2016, District and Plaintiff shall develop and schedule the implementation of an appropriate, mutually-agreeable academic program that will provide Student with the awarded compensatory education. IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that this case is dismissed with prejudice with each party bearing their own attorneys fees and costs incurred herein; and the Clerk of Court shall enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant as to the award of additional hours consistent with this Order.
