ORDER that in light of Plaintiff's Notice of Dismissal without Prejudice (Doc. 23 ), the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to enter dismissal without prejudice pursuant to Rules 41(a)(1)(A)(i) and 41(a)(1)(B) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. It is further Ordered that in light of Plaintiff's voluntary dismissal, Defendant's pending Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and for Sanctions (Doc. 7 ) is DENIED as moot.
