February 11, 2011 Opinion or Order Filing 203 MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment Against Maggi Fashion Wholesale in the Amount of $43,795 and Continuing the Motion with Respect to Mansour Rokhsarzadeh by Judge Philip S. In granting the motion against Maggi F ashion, the Court awards statutory damages in the amount of $40,000 under 17 U.S.C. § 504 and $750 under California Civil Code § 3344.1.
