Filing 183 JUDGMENT APPROVING CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AND DISMISSING THIS ACTION WITH PREJUDICE by Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED as follows: The Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter and personal jurisdiction over the parties to the Action, including the Class Members. The Settlement Amount is $7 million. Plaintiff's Counsel are awarded attorneys fees in the amount of $7 million and expenses, including experts fees and expenses, in the amou nt of $350,000, such amounts to be paid from out of the Gross Settlement Fund no later than five (5) business days following the entry of this Order. Lead Plaintiff is awarded the sum of $10,000, as reasonable costs and expenses directly re lating to the representation of the Class as provided in 15 USC section 78u-4(a)(4), such amounts to be paid from out of the Gross Settlement Fund no later than five (5) business days following the entry of this Order.
