Filing 33 CONSENT DECREE AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION by Judge John F. Walter: Upon Stipulation 32 , the Court ORDERS Defendant Jose Tapia, an individual and d/b/a Tapia's Candy Shop and his agents, servants, employees and all persons in active concert and p articipation with him who receive actual notice of the injunction are hereby restrained and enjoined re Plaintiffs' copyrights and trademarks in Plaintiffs' Properties, etc. Each side shall bear its own fees and costs of suit.
