Accordingly, Unicolors has failed to establish copyright infringement as amatter of law. Unicolors's Motion for Summary Judgment is therefore DENIED #26 . As for Defendants' Motion for Summary Adjudication, Defendants have also failed to meet their burden that Unicolors cannot prove additional damages as a matter of law. Defendants' Motion is therefore DENIED #24 . IT IS SO ORDERED. (iv)
