ORDER by Judge Beverly Reid O'Connell, re Status Report 30 The Court, having previously stayed this matter and, GOOD CAUSEAPPEARING THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: This action shall be STAYED until after the Willits settlement is fina lized. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is removed from the Court's active caseload until further application by the parties or Order of this Court. In order to permit the Court to monitor this action, the Court orders the parties to file p eriodic status reports.The first such report is to be filed on July 22, 2016, unless the stay is liftedsooner. Successive reports shall be filed every 90 days thereafter. Each report must indicate on the face page the date on which the next report is due. (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (rfi)

ORDER RE DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF PROSECUTION by Judge Beverly Reid O'Connell. On October 5, 2015, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause why this case should not be dismissed for the failure comply with the Courts September 23, 2015 order. The Order specifically warned Plaintiff that the Court could dismiss this action if good cause was not shown for any extension of time. To date,however, no response to the Court's Order has been filed with this Court. Accordingly, the Court hereby dismisses the action without prejudice for lack of prosecution and for failure to respond to the Court's Order to Show Cause (Made JS-6. Case Terminated.) (rfi)
