June 15, 2015	Filing 27 PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND SEIZURE ORDER SHOULD NOT ISSUE by Judge George H. King: NOTE CHANGES MADE BY THE COURT. Now, on presentation and consideration of Plaintiff's application for a preliminary injunction and order of seizure, the declara tion in support thereof and all other pleadings and prior proceedings heretofore had herein this matter, the Court hereby finds: The named defendants and those in active concert or participation with such defendants have infringed and/or will be infr inging upon Plaintiffs rights in Group's Trademarks. The act of the named defendants and those in active concert or participation with them, constitute a violation of the United States Trademark Act. The named defendants and those in active co ncert or participation with them, will continue to sell such unauthorized merchandise unless enjoined by the Court. NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the named defendants, their agents, servants, employees, attorneys, successors, and assign s, and all persons, firms, and corporations acting in active concert or participation with said defendants who receive actual notice of this Order by personal service or otherwise are enjoined and restrained. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the bond here tofore deposited with the Clerk of this Court to secure payment of costs incurrred in enforcing the provisions of this temporary restraining order and any damages sustained by any party who is found to have been wrongfully enjoined therey is continued until final disposition of this matter.
