Order Regarding Status Report by Judge Andre Birotte, Jr. In light of the Court's Order denying Defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. No. 46), the Court hereby ORDERS the parties to file a joint status report no later than November 17, 2014 o n the status of discovery, the parties' positions on filing dispositive motions (i.e., motions for summary judgment), and the parties' preferred method of mandatory alternative dispute resolution (see Local Rule 16-15). The parties shall attach to the joint status report completed Schedule of Pretrial and Trial Dates Worksheet, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. (bp)
