Filing 16 CONSENT DECREE by Judge Otis D. Wright, II : Consent Decree is entered into by and between Plaintiffs Orange County Coastkeeper and Inland Empire Waterkeeper and defendants Maruhachi Ceramics of America, Inc., and Delilah Properties, Inc. Defendants agree to contribute to Waterkeepers review of information and monitoring of compliance with this Consent Decree in the amount of $5,000.00 per year, for the term of this Consent Decree, for a total of $10,000.00. Defendants agree to make a payment of $17,500.00 to the Rose Foundation for Communities and the Environment to fund environmental project activities that will benefit the Southern California Bight and its tributaries. Defendants shall pay a total of $45,000.00 to Plaintiffs to partially reimburse Plaintiffs for their investigation fees, expert/consultant fees and costs, and reasonable attorneys fees.(SEE DOCUMENT FOR OTHER SPECIFICS, INSTRUCTIONS AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS) ( MD JS-6.
