Walter: the Court concludes that, pursuant to the principles of issue preclusion or collateral estoppel, Plaintiff cannot re-litigate the issu e of personal jurisdiction over Felicia Slattery. Moreover, even if the Court were to consider the issue de novo, the Court concludes that it lacks personal jurisdiction over Felicia Slattery. Felicia Slattery's Motion to Dismiss Complaint is GRANTED. Plaintiff's Complaint against Felicia Slattery is DISMISSED without prejudice for lack of personal jurisdiction.
