Gould filed as Exhibit A to Federal Defendants' Opposition to Plaintiffs' Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order, advising the court promptly if the parties reach an agreement that only portions of the declaration are appropriately considered in connection with plaintiffs' pending motion for preliminary injunction and that, co rrespondingly, plaintiffs' motion to strike can be narrowed or withdrawn.
