Brennan on 8/13/13 ORDERING that Plaintiff's 20 motion to compel defendants Kuldip Bains and Lakhbir Singh to respond to plaintiff's first sets of requests for production of documents, as well as plaintiff's 20 request for sanctions, are granted; plaintiff's motion to compel defendants to respond to interrogatories and requests for admission are denied; and the 8/14/2013 hearing on the motion to compel is VACATED. Within 14 days of the date of this order, defendants Kuldip Bains and Lakhbir Singh shall provide full and complete responses to plaintiff's first sets of requests for production of documents. Also, defendants Kuldip Bains and Lakhbir Singh shall, no later than 30 days from the filing date of this order, reimburse plaintiff for the expenses incurred in making its motion to compel in the total amount of $921.00. Defendants are admonished that failure to comply with this order and/or continued failures to comply with the Local Rules and/or the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure may result in the imposition of sanctions, including monetary sanctions, evidentiary sanctions, and/or striking of defendants' answers.
