Twitter, Inc. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security et al
Plaintiff Twitter, Inc. filed an action to prevent Defendant U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection and the individual defendants from allegedly abusing a limited-purpose investigatory tool to try to unmask the real identity of the persons using @ALT_USCIS to criticize the Department and the current Administration.
