OPINION AND ORDER Granting, in Part, 96 Motion for Review of Taxation of Costs. The Defendants Motion to Review Taxation of Costs 96 is GRANTED IN PART, insofar as the Court finds that an additional $ 848.09 in costs are properly taxable ag ainst the Plaintiffs under 28 U.S.C. 1920, and DENIED IN PART with regard to the remaining items sought by the Defendant.
