ORDER granting 15 Motion for Review subject to the Courts discussion in this order. The bankruptcy courts order of April 15, 2012 holding that the date of rejection of the lease was June 7, 2011 is AFFIRMED. The bankruptcy courts order of August 8, 2012 denying TPPs motion for immediate payment is REVERSED.
