Filing 102 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 83 and 87 Motions for Summary Judgment. See the attached memorandum of decision. Specifically, the plaintiffs' motion is granted as to count 1 of their complaint and counts 1, 2, and 5 of the defend ants' counterclaim. The defendants' motion is granted as to count 2 of the plaintiffs' complaint and denied as to count 5 of the defendants' counterclaim. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining counts and dismisses them without prejudice to refiling in state court.
