OPINION AND ORDER: See attached document (30 pages). The issue of forum non conveniens was previously determined by a state court in Indiana, and this Court must give that determination full faith and credit. To the extent that issue preclus ion does not apply, the balance of convenience factors strongly favors dismissal in favor of an action in Turkey.
