Filing 52 RULING (see attached) GRANTING 25 Defendant Kenneth R. Custer's Motion to Dismiss the complaint as to him for lack of personal jurisdiction. The complaint is DISMISSED AS TO THAT DEFENDANT, WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff's 49 Motion for Status Conference and [ 51] Renewed Motion for Status Conference are DENIED AS MOOT. Discovery is extended to and including October 2, 2014. All other case deadlines are extended accordingly. 50 Plaintiff's Motion to Modify the Scheduling Order is DENIED AS MOOT.
