July 29, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 140 ORDER granting 137 Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply; ORDER granting in part and denying in part Defendant's 116 Motion for Summary Judgment. See attached memorandum of opinion. This case proceeds to trial on Counts I-IV of EA's Complaint. The parties' Joint Trial Memorandum is due 9/2/16 and Jury Selection will take place on 10/4/16. All motions in limine and responses thereto must be included with the JTM. In addition, the parties are to file one proposed set of jury instructions, one proposed verdict form and one set of proposed voir dire questions, including a list of witnesses and persons for whom the jury should be screened for conflicts. Where the parties dispute any language in those do cuments, the parties should succinctly indicate the language that is subject to dispute and each party's authority in this Circuit supporting their position. Each party shall file three exhibit binders (including witness lists)--one to be delivered to the courtroom deputy, Chester Fernandez, in the Clerk's Office and two to Chambers. In addition, each party shall submit to the Courtroom Deputy electronic exhibit files that comply with file naming method provided at: http://ct d.uscourts.gov/jury-evidence-recording-system-jersby.
