Plaintiff's 67 motion for extension of time to respond to Defendants' motion to dismiss or judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED; Plaintiff shall respond to such motion on or before July 9, 2015. Filing 59 ORDER. As set forth in the attached ruling, Plaintiff's 50 Motion for Leave to Amend and 51 Motion to Locate are DENIED. Plaintiff's 54 Motion for Extension is GRANTED; Plaintiff shall file a notice containing defendant DeFeo's service address within 30 days from the date of this order. Failure to timely file the notice will result in dismissal of all claims against defendant DeFeo. In addition, Plaintiff's 52 Motion for Default Entry is GRANTED, and the Clerk is dir ected to enter the default of defendants Bennett and Byrd.
