Filing 78 RULING ON MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT. For the reasons stated in the attached ruling, defendants' motion for summary judgment (Doc. # 61 ) is GRANTED in large part and DENIED in part. The motion is DENIED solely as to plaintiff's hostile work environment claim against the Town of Hamden under Title VII and CFEPA, and is otherwise GRANTED as to all of plaintiff's other claims.
