The Court's July 20, 2016 Ruling resolving the cross-motions inadvertently directed the Clerk of Court to "enter judgment for Defenda nts." Doc. 37, at 40. The attached properly directs the Clerk of Court to enter judgment for Plaintiffs, as the Court correctly stated in its docket entry attaching the earlier Ruling.
