Filing 65 ORDER granting in part and denying in part 36 Motion for Summary Judgment; denying 48 Motion to Strike ; granting 22 Motion for Leave to File; finding as moot 23 Motion to Dismiss. Defendant's motion to amend is GRANTED. The motion to strike is DENIED. The motion to dismiss is DENIED as moot. The motion for summary judgment is GRANTED as to Plaintiff's FMLA interference and retaliation claims as well as her ADA claims.
