In addition, the parties are directed to the deadlines articulated therein, including that discovery on the number of employees employed by each Defendant must be completed not later than 35 days after the date of this Order, that Defendant may file a motion for summary judgment on this limited basis not later than 70 days after the date of this Order, and that Plaintiff shall file any objection to, or stipulate to judgment based on, such a motion not later than 84 days after the date of this Order.
