Filing 25 ORDER RE PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION HEARING. In light of the parties' notification to chambers that they do not intend to present in-court witness testimony and intend to rely exclusively on their documentary submissions, and in light of the increased COVID-19 protection requirements recently adopted by the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, which now require the wearing of a mask by all persons in the federal courthouse, the Court has decided that it will conduct a "hybrid" in-person/video hearing on the motion for a preliminary injunction. Any counsel or party who wishes to appear in person in court for the hearing may do so. Any counsel or party who wishes to participate instead by video or audio may do so by means of the Court's Zoom video access platform, and the link shall be available on the "Court Calendar" webpage for the District of Connecticut.
