January 10, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 12 ORDER re: #2 Motion for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. The Court has reviewed the Plaintiff's undated "Response to Courts Order to Remit Payment or to Complete Motion for Waiver of Prepayment," which the Clerk docketed at ECF No. 11. Construing the response as a motion to extend the plaintiff's deadline for either paying the filing fee or submitting a proper in forma pauperis application, the motion is granted. The plaintiff shall have until January 30, 2023 to submit either (a) the $402.00 filing fee or (b) a revised financial affidavit that fully complies with the Court's order of December 2, 2022.
