Dispositive motions shall be filed on or before January 4, 2024. The parties' joint trial memorandum shall be filed by March 22, 2024 in the event that no dispositive motions are filed. If dispositive motions are filed, the court will set a deadline for the joint trial memorandum at the time it disposes of any such motions. The case shall be trial ready by March 22, 2024. All interim discovery deadlines may be amended by agreement of the parties without the court's prior approval provided such amendments do not delay the court's deadline for completion of all discovery.
