ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION (Doc. #33 ) The Court DENIES plaintiff's motion for reconsideration of Judge Bryant's ruling denying the emergency motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction (Doc. #30 ). For substantially the reasons set forth in the defendant's objection, the Court is not convinced that it overlooked facts or law in a manner that have led to a clear error or manifest injustice that would warrant reconsideration. See Gorss Motels Inc. v. Sprint Comms. Co., L.P., 2020 WL 1303175, at *1 (D. Conn. 2020). In particular, the defendants will receive due process through the state procedures, and the harm they allege from their due process claim overlaps with the First Amendment harm that Judge Bryant concluded was not irreparable harm. The Court is not convinced that it should interfere at this time with ongoing state administrative proceedings or that any harm from allowing the scheduled hearing to proceed will be imminent or irreparable.
