ORDER -GRANTED 2 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by JOSEPH LAMAR COOLER to the extent the case may proceed without prepayment of the entire filing fee. Plaintiff is not assessed an initial partial filing fee. The total filing fe e in the case remains $350.00. The agency having custody of the plaintiff/prisoner shall forward payments toward the filing fee as instructed by this order.
