Defendant's motion for reconsideration was submitted on April 21, 2009, after this court had determined that it lacked jurisdiction over this matter and remanded the case to Family Court. For the reasons stated more fully in the attached order, the court is barred by 28 U.S.C. § 1447(d) from reco nsidering the order of remand and defendant's motion is therefore denied. The Clerk is respectfully directed to close the case file and to serve copies of this order on the pro se plaintiff and the Family Court. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto on 5/15/2009.
