Soble v. Google Inc.
Plaintiff alleged that Defendant Google Inc. violated his privacy by knowingly circumventing the default privacy settings on the web browser software produced by Apple Inc. known as Safari. Plaintiff also alleged that Google's actions violated the Federal Wiretap Act, the Stored Electronic Communication Act and the Federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.
