Defendant Seasalt and Pepper, LLC and all those acting in concert with it are preliminary enjoined and restrained from using the SEA SALT mark in association with re staurant and bar services. Defendant shall immediately terminate its use of the SEA SALT mark in advertising and promotional materials, on signage and menus, and on websites. Defendant shall file a notice of compliance with the Court within thirty (30) days of this Opinion and Order. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 65(c), plaintiff shall post a bond in the amount of $25,000.00, as payment of damages to which defendant may be entitled for wrongful injunction or restraint. See Opinion and Order for details.
