December 16, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 35 OPINION AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 4 Plaintiffs' Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Defendants are preliminarily enjoined and restrained from enforcing against Plaintiffs Section 86-2, Subpart A of Chapter 86 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Myers to the extent that it prohibits conduct tending to hinder or impede the free and uninterrupted passage of vehicles, traffic or pedestrians. Plaintiffs shall post a bond in the amount of $100, as payment of damages to which Defendants may be entitled for wrongful injunction or restraint. See Opinion and Order for details.
