ORDER directing the Clerk of Court to appoint the Office of the Federal Public Defender to represent Petitioner at the bond hearing and for the Sec. 2255 proceedings. If there is a conflict, the Office of the Federal Public Defender must immediately notify Courtroom Deputy Jackie Clay who is directed to appoint CJA counsel to represent Petitioner at the bond hearing and for the Sec. 2255 proceedings. A bond hearing is set on June 4, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. before the Undersigned. The Clerk of Court shall enter a separate notice consistent with the Order. The United States Marshals Service must facilitate Petitioner's transportation to the hearing from FCI Coleman Medium in Coleman, Florida. The Clerk of Court is directed to provide a copy of this Order to counsel of record, the Petitioner, the Office of the Federal Public Defender, and the United States Marshals Service.
