April 1, 2015	Filing 9 DEFAULT FINAL JUDGMENT: Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment against Defendant Debra Hinneberg (Doc. 8) is GRANTED. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff United States of America and against Defendant Debra Hinneberg. Plainti ff shall recover from Defendant the sum of $6,980.72, consisting of $3,630.27 unpaid principal, plus $3,350.45 in interest, which represents the accrued interest as of May 28, 2014. (Doc. 1, Ex. B). Interest accrues on the total prin cipal amount of this debt at the current rate of 3.15% per annum through June 30, 2014, and thereafter interest continues to accrue on the total principal amount of this debt until the date of judgment at a variable rate as established by the Un ited States Department of Education pursuant to 20 U.S.C. § 1077a. This judgment shall bear interest at the rate as prescribed by 28 U.S.C. § 1961 and shall be enforceable as prescribed by 28 U.S.C. §§ 2001-07, 3001-3307, and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 69(a).
