ORDER: Plaintiff's construed motion to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal (Doc. 5) is DENIED. The Court certifies that Plaintiff's appeal is not taken in good faith. The Clerk shall notify the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals that t he motion to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal is denied and that the appeal is not taken in good faith in accordance with Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 24(a). Plaintiff is directed to pay the appellate filing and docketing fees of $505.00.
