Filing 348 ORDER adopting 340 Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge to the extent it recommends an award to Plaintiffs of $14,487.15 in attorneys' fees. However, upon receipt of supplemental documentation, the Court will award addition al costs for scanning and printing to Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs are awarded costs in the amount of $11,123.25, representing $3,496.50, as recommended by the Magistrate, plus $7,626.75, based upon Plaintiffs' supplemental documentation. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiffs as to attorneys' fees and costs in the total amount of $25,610.40. The Clerk is further directed to CLOSE this case.
