Consequently, the Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence 1 is DENIED. 2. This case is DISMISSED with prejudice. 3. Petitioner is DENIED a certificate of appealabi lity. 4. The Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Respondent and to close this case. A copy of this Order and the judgment shall also be filed in criminal case number 6:13-cr-67-Orl-36DCI. 5.
