ORDER: Plaintiff Coolmath.com, LLC's Motion for Default Judgment 27 is GRANTED to the extent set forth herein. The Clerk is directed to enter Judgment in favor of Plaintiff Coolmath.com LLC and against Defendants Evertap LLC, Cool Math Games For Fun, LLC and Ryan Wade in the amount of $15,000. Thereafter, the Clerk is directed to CLOSE THIS CASE. The Court declines to retain jurisdiction over this matter.
