ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion to Remand (Dkt. 12) is granted for the reasons stated herein. The Court denies Plaintiff's request for attorney's fees and costs. The Clerk of Court is directed to remand this action to the Thirteenth Judi cial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, and provide that court with a copy of this Order.
