Filing 56 ORDER adopting 55 Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge. (1) The Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge is adopted, confirmed, and approved in all respects and is made a part of this Order for all purposes, including ap pellate review. (2) Plaintiff's Motion Requesting Status Conference and to Re-Open Case and For Sanctions 51 is GRANTED. (3) The Clerk is directed to reopen the case. (4) Sanctions in the amount of $1,000 are hereby assessed against CCMC's counsel, Mercedes Hale, Esq. Ms. Hale is directed to pay the sanctions to Plaintiff and his counsel on or before May 31, 2016. Ms. Hale is directed to confirm the payment by filing a notice of payment with the Court. If payment is not made by May 31, 2016, Plaintiff shall be entitled to a judgment, upon which execution shall issue. (5) An Order To Show Cause will issue by separate order of the Court.
