Crawford 's motion for summary judgment is DENIED. Defendants' motions for summary judgment are GRANTED IN PART; summary judgment is granted to each individual Defendant with respect to Crawford's claims arising under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Cra wford's claims arising under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Crawford's remaining local law claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
